Owning agricultural land is not strictly a requirement. Land can be considered on suitable leased agricultural land, subject to soil evaluation, site access, and agreed project terms.

Even if the market-linked calculation falls below ₹100/kg, the stated model provides a ₹100/kg minimum under the agreement terms.
